Tamara Sutović is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CIVOTUS AIR With more than a decade of experience managing complex commercial real estate transactions, business operations, and client relationships, she brings a strategic and people-centered approach to the company.
As CEO, Tamara oversees business development, operations, client experience, marketing, and long-term growth initiatives. Her background in commercial real estate has given her a deep understanding of the importance of reliable building systems, risk management, communication, and exceptional service. As a proud Serbian-American entrepreneur, wife, mother of two, and leader of a certified woman-owned business, Tamara is passionate about building a company rooted in integrity, accountability, and lasting relationships. She believes that successful partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

Marko Sutović is the Co-Founder and President of CIVOTUS AIR. As a licensed HVACR professional and Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in commercial and residential mechanical systems, he leads the company's technical operations, service delivery, and field execution.
Marko's expertise spans HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, system optimization, and mechanical infrastructure. With over two decades of Construction Management experience, his hands-on approach, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality ensure that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
Known for his professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, Marko has built a reputation for delivering practical solutions that maximize system performance and long-term value for clients. His leadership reflects the company's commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
As President, Marko works closely with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and general contractors to develop customized service strategies that keep critical building systems operating at peak performance.
